The ingredients needed to cook Yorkshire puddings:
  1. Take 4 oz plain flour
  2. Take 1 egg
  3. Get 10 fl oz milk
  4. Use 1 pinch ground black pepper
  5. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Take oil , lard or dripping
Steps to make Yorkshire puddings:
  1. Sift flour into basin, add salt and pepper, make a well in centre

  12. This batter also makes decent (english) pancakes with the addition of 1 ounce sugar.
