  1. Use 1.5 cups refined flour
  2. Use 1 tsp dry yeast

  3. Line a bowl with olive oil and shift the dough in a bowl,cover it and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours dough will be double in size!
  4. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. Roll into long tubes,folding over to make a knot.
  5. Now preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins and bake them for 8-10 mins at same temperature (180 degree)
  6. Now heat the butter and add crushed garlic and herbs.you can add parsley.
  7. Coat the knots with butter herb mixture and bake for 3-5 mins more.serve hot with any of your choice dip or you can have as it is. Enjoy!
