  1. Use 250 ml Heavy Cream
  2. Provide 200 ml Full milk
  3. You need 1 tsp Crushed Garlic and Ginger Mix
  4. Get 1 A pinch of salt
  5. Take 4 medium size potatoes
  6. Prepare 500 grams Mushrooms
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Knot cream of mushroom
  8. Get 1/2 cup Grated white cheddar cheese

  1. Add the cream, milk, garlic and salt to a pot and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Once your mixer simmer add your potatoes, that should be peeled and cut into 5-10mm medallions.
  3. Once your potatoes are a bit cooked and soft remove them from the mixture and spread them out in a casserole. Then spread the mushrooms on top or the potatoes.
