The ingredients needed to make Easy Peanut Butter Fudge:
- You need 2 packages peanut butter chips
- Provide 5 cup sugar
- Use 2 stick butter
- Provide 13 oz marshmallow cream
- Prepare 2 tsp vanilla
- Use 1 can evaporated milk
Instructions to make Easy Peanut Butter Fudge:
- Pour sugar, evaporated milk, and butter into a large pot and bring to a rolling boil (one that you can't stir down). Boil for 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients (peanut butter chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla) and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Once mixed, pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet that has 4 sides.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours (I usually do overnight). Once it's completely cooled and set up, cut into desired size pieces and store in a air tight container at room temperature.
