The ingredients needed to make Snow Mountain Chocolate Cake:
- Use 200 grams Cake flour
- Prepare 20 grams Cocoa powder
- Prepare 2 tsp Baking powder
- Get 1 bar Milk chocolate
- Get 200 ml Milk
- Prepare 3 tbsp Honey
- Get 80 grams Raisins, prunes, dried persimmons, etc.
- Take 50 grams Walnuts
- Take 1 tbsp Rum
- Get 1 Rice flour
Instructions to make Snow Mountain Chocolate Cake:
- Cook the walnuts on low heat in a frying pan, on dry-steam in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes, then roughly chop up. Cut up the raisins, fruits, etc and soak in the rum. Melt the chocolate by immersing in hot water. Once it melts mix in the honey. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
