The ingredients needed to prepare Pancake:
  1. Use 1 cup refined flour (maida)
  2. Get 1 1/2 tbsp Choco powder
  3. Use 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Take 1-2 tsp Oil/ghee
  5. Get 1 tbsp baking powder
  6. Provide 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  7. Take 1 cup milk
  8. Get pinch Salt
  9. Provide 1-2 tbsp buttermilk
Steps to make Pancake:
  1. Take a bowl add maida,powder sugar and choco powder mix it well.
  2. Later add 2 tbsp oil/ghee, buttermilk and whisk it by adding milk for pan cake
  3. Whisk it properly for perfect better and take tawa grease it with oil/ghee
  4. Later see the bubbles on pancake then flip another side and put on plate for cool down.
  5. Than make another pancake and assemble all pancake and spread chocolate syrup one by one
  6. Serve it on plate and garnish it with some sprinkle.
