- Provide 300 grams Pork loin
- Prepare 1/2 Onion
- Get 1 clove Garlic
- Get 50 ml Vegetable oil
- Provide 5 grams Butter
- Prepare 1 tsp Sugar
- Use 1 tbsp Ketchup
- Use 120 ml Red wine
- Prepare 1 Salt and pepper

- Grate the onion and garlic and mix together. Marinate the pork with the mixture and leave to sit for a least 30 minutes.
