The ingredients needed to prepare Tandoori Masala Chai:
- You need 1 cup milk
- Provide 1/2 cup water
- Use 2 tsp. Black tea
- You need 2 tsp. Sugar (as per your taste)
- Take 1 cloves
- Provide 1 inch ginger
- Provide 1 inch dalchini
- You need 2-3 cardamom
- Take 4-5 tulsi leaves.(holi basil)

Steps to make Tandoori Masala Chai:
- Heat water in pan. Add lemongrass strips cut in to small piece, tulsi,cloves, grated ginger, black tea, cardamom powder, dalchini powder, sugar and bring to boil.
- Add milk and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now strain the tea and keep aside.
- Heat a clay mug on direct flame until very hot from all the sides.
- Keep rotating the mug while heating.
- Now keep the hot clay mug in a pan.
