- Take 1 kg fresh okra, washed with heads removed
- Get 1/2 kg lamb, cut into cubes
- Get 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into slices

- In a deep cooking pot, fry the whole garlic cloves with 1 tbsp vegetable oil until golden then add the Okra, sliced tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt. Stir occasionally not by using a spoon but by shaking the pot and flipping ingredients in it until okra turns yellow in colour.
- Add cooked meat cubes, fried garlic and coriander to the okra mixture. Add the meat broth and allow boiling on high heat for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally transfer okra stew to a serving dish
