  1. Prepare 1 small Onion
  2. Provide 5 Wiener sausages
  3. Take 2 servings Cooked white rice
  4. You need 2 large Egg
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Milk
  6. Take 2 slice Easily melting cheese
  7. Use 1 jar/pack Tomato sauce
  8. Prepare 1 Salt
  9. Get 1 Pepper
  10. Take 1 Fresh parsley
  11. Use 1 Butter
Steps to make Easy Italian Omu-Rice:
  1. Mince the onion, and slice the wiener sausages into small rounds.
  2. Fry the onion and wiener sausages in 1 tablespoon of butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Using butter adds great flavor to the dish, but you can use vegetable oil if preferred.
  3. Add the cooked white rice and season with salt and pepper once more. Fry, mixing so that the onion and wieners are evenly distributed throughout the rice.

  9. Heat the remainder of the tomato sauce.
  10. Once heated, pour a generous amount over both rice-stuffed omelets, and garnish with a sprinkling of parsley.
