The ingredients needed to cook Chicken and Turkey Jambalaya:
- Provide Main Ingredients
- Provide 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Get 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- Prepare 1 onion diced
- Prepare 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- Use 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Use 75 g Hickory Smoked Turkey
- Use 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Use 400 g can plum tomato

- Take 1 pack Chicken Stock
- You need 350 ml water for the stock

- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan with a lid and cook 2 chopped chicken breasts for 5-8 mins or until it's golden.

- Stir the chicken back in with the 400g can of tomatoes.
- Drain the water out of the rice and add it to the mix
- Then add the chicke stock once it's fully dissolved
- Add the salt and pepper and stir
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender
