  1. Prepare 1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
  2. Provide 1 1/4 cup Cold milk
  3. Provide 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. Prepare 3 large Eggs
Steps to make Popovers:
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Beat all ingredients until well incorporated.
  3. Pour into a greased popover pan. Filling each cup 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 425 for the first 15-20 minutes. Until they have completely risen in the center.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15-20 minutes until dark golden brown.
