- Get 100 gram penne pasta
- You need 1/4 cup peanuts
- You need 2 regular tomatoes
- Take 1 cup spinach (boiled)
- Provide 1 tsp black pepper powder

- Get 2-3 silted chillies/ chilli flakes

- First of all add roasted peanuts to a wok and keep it aside,
- Then put some oil into pan and add chopped tomatoes, stir for 1 min only and keep it aside.
- Now blanch spinach in warm water and then cool down, chop them into pieces and transfer it to a grind then add some garlic, roasted peanuts and blanched spinach to make a paste from them.
- Now more extra Virgin oil into pan and add pasta stir well then add pesto sauce, salt and stir well
- Now add some chopped silted green chillies black pepper and fresh cream or you can add milk also.
- Now add chopped tomatoes into it just before serving and top it with some mozerella cheese and serve hot.
- Pesto pasta is ready enjoy.
- Note- Always use best quality durum wheat pasta or suji pasta because it doesn't stick much.
