- Provide 1 slice Sliced bread
- Take 4 Prawns
- Use 1 to 2 leaves Lettuce

- Peel the shells and tails and devein the prawns. Mix the prawns with the preparation ingredients and rinse.
- Bring some water (not listed in the ingredients) to a boil in a small sauce pan and poach the prawns for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- Tear the lettuce and rinse. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Slice the celery diagonally (remove the fibre if necessary).
