Steps to make Scrambled sandwich:
  1. First, cut up the green peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes and onions into small cubes and put them in a frying pan with salted butter on mild heat. While the veggies are cooking, cut and drain the tofu. The tofu should be cut into cubes and then mashed lightly with a fork.
