  1. Use 1 Big Onion
  2. Provide 1 tsp salt
  3. Use 1 cup Besan(Chickpea flour)
  4. Get 1 tsp Corn flour

  2. Now keep 1 tsp Besan aside and remaining take in bowl,add soda, corn flour half salt, garlic and chilli powder.

  4. Now heat the oil on high heat, then once it start boiling make it medium and fry the bloom onion from both sides.
