  2. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  1. Heat a pan and add 4 tbsp butter
  2. Now add jeera. When jeera turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Now add onion paste and saute for 2 mins
  4. Add all the spices except garam masala powder and roast the mixture, when oil separate from paste add little water and allow it to boil
  5. Now take one by one eggs and drop them to this mixture very carefully. Make sure egg yolk is not broken.
  6. Cover the mixture and cook for 7-8 mins on low flame.
  7. Now add garam masala and turn the gas off
  8. Take it out in a bowl or plate and add butter and cream on top of it now add coriander leaves and serve with chapati, roti and rice
