- Make pizza dough- Pour lukewarm water to a mixing bowl, do not over heat, because hot water kills the yeast, so avoid it.
- Add yeast and sugar to like warm water and stir it.
- Set aside for 10-15 min and allow it to become double in size.
- After 15 mins the yeast turn bubbly and frothy, if the water doesn't turn frothy, the yeast is inactive and cannot be used for dough.
- When water turns frothy add flour, salt, oil, make fought adding water where needed.

- Make pizza- Pre heat the oven to 240°c for at least 20 min
- Transfer the dough to a pizza tray, shape it to ball, place the pizza dough over the tray and flatten it slightly.
- Spread the pizza sauce as desired, layer the veggies and add grated cheese.
- Lastly sprinkle some Italian herbs, oregano, chilli flakes and spread some butter on the top.
- Bake for 10-12 min until the base turns slightly golden
- Slice and serve pizza hot or warm.
