- Prepare For pita base
- Get 1 1/2 cup Maida
- Get 2 tsp instant yeast
- Provide 1 tsp sugar
- Take 1/2 tsp salt

- Use 3-4 tsp tomato sauce

Steps to make Veg Pizza:
- In a bowl take 1/2 cup warm water, it should not be too hot nor cold. Add yeast and sugar mix gently, keep aside for 5 to 10 mins till it becomes frothy
- Sift flour and salt in a large bowl,add olive oil and mix it well, make a well in the center add the yeast mixture. Combine gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding little extra water if necessary
- Knead the dough on flour board till smooth about 5 mins. Keep covered in a greased bowl in a warm place till it doubles in size
- Then punch again gently to it's original size. Make two portions of the dough. Place 1 portion in an oiled 12 inch pizza pan,push it outwards with your palms of your hand and fingers to coverthe bottom of the pan. Prick each base with a fork. Set aside for 10 mins
- After 10 mins apply tomato sauce, spread the grated cheese,arrange the capsicum, onion,olives on top of the cheese. Then again spread grated cheese on top. Sprinkle oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 mins or till the cheese melts
