- Provide 400 gm fresh curd
- Take 1 tbsp sugar/honey

- Now add curd and blend with mango mixture after one blend add cream cardomom powder I am not adding ice in it because consistency of lassi become thin I want thicker one so give a nice churn to it take out and let it cool in the deep fridge for 15/20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 30/40 minutes
- You can add curd malai dry fruits saffron sting mango chunks into it while serving it I have not added any of these as I love smooth lassi no bites 😊
