  1. Prepare 1 kg chicken
  2. Provide 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  5. Provide 1/2 tsp yellow food colour
  6. You need 1/2 kg Yogurt
  7. You need 2 tbsp Tandoori masala

  1. Take a bowl add chicken in it then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,Ajwain powder and yellow food colour
  2. Then take another bowl add Yogurt and the beat it well until it becomes smooth then add tandoori masala and mix then apply it over the chicken and mix then add oil and mix again and left for 5 mints
  3. Then take a pan add the marinated chicken and let it cook until tenderize..then heat a piece of coal when it become red then put a small piece of foil paper over chicken and then put coal inside it and then add 1drop of oil over it and cover for 5 mints…Then garnish sliced onions and chopped mint leaves and serve…..
