  2. Chargrill or fry chicken pieces till done
  3. In a pot or big wok put three tablespoons ghee and two tablespoons oil add onions and braise till pinkish brown
  4. Add tomatoes and spices, make paste-like then add cream and boil to a fine gravy.
  5. Add chicken pieces and green chillies, cook for ten minutes, remove from flame garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
