- You need 1 Kg pork spare ribs
- You need 2 inch ginger
- Provide 5 Cloves garlic
- Use 2 medium size red onion

- Use 125 ml light soy sauce

- Place a large pan(if you don't have a large pan use a wide sufuria) oh high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil. Swirl this to oil every bit of the bottom of the pan.

- Cook this for the next one hour turning the pieces every 20 minutes. After 1 hr the pieces will be thickened completely and beautiful coats the ribs.
