  2. Provide 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  3. Take 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated, optional
  5. Take 3/4 cup heavy cream
  6. Take 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
