- Provide 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Take 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Prepare 1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated, optional
- Take 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Take 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

- Take 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
