The ingredients needed to make Carmelized Bacon Brussel Sprouts:
- You need 2 lbs Brussel sprouts trimmed
- Get 4 slices bacon
- You need 1 tbsp butter
- Use 1 cup water
- Use 1/4 cup spanish onion finely chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
- Get to taste Salt and pepper

- In a large pan add your water and a pinch of salt.
- Trim all of your brussel sprouts.
- Boil the water and place the brussel sprout in the pan covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Just long enough to make tender.
