- Use 1 lb Brussel Sprouts trimmed
- Prepare 1 large green zucchini, cut in quartered chunks
- Use 1 large yellow zucchini, cut in quartered chunks
- Get 1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- Provide 3 -4 small sweet bell peppers, cut in chunks
