The ingredients needed to make Ginger Beef & Broccoli:
  1. Take 10 oz flat iron steak
  2. You need 1 Head broccoli (Trimmed)
  3. Provide 2 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  4. Provide 1 finger size piece of Ginger (finely chopped)
  5. You need 1 Birds eye Chilli (Finely chopped)
  6. Get 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  7. You need 2 tbsp Tamari
  8. Prepare 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

  1. Blanch Broccoli for 2 mins in boiling salted water. Refresh in iced water & set aside.
  2. Season steaks & sear in a very hot pan for 2 mins on each side. Remove & set aside.

  4. Slice steak into strips & add back to the pan with all remaining ingredients. Cook for a few minutes till liquor starts to glaze. Taste & serve
