  1. You need 250 g beef tenderloin
  2. Prepare 100 g portobello mushrooms
  3. Get 30 g chillies
  4. Take 30 g garlic
  5. Take 100 g eggplant
  6. You need 100 g zucchini
  7. Provide 20 g Olive Oil
