  1. Get 2 pkts tennis biscuit's
  2. Use 30 ml white granular sugar
  3. Take 3 tablespoons melted butter
  4. Take 2 packages cream cheese
  5. Take 120 ml white granular sugar
  6. Take 5 ml vanilla essence

  1. Line your muffin baking tray with cup cake baking liners. Spray to grease

  3. Crush tennis biscuit's to sea sand consistency

  11. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until set
  12. Cool slowly and once completely cool place in the fridge over night to completely set.
