The ingredients needed to make Slow Cooker Bratwurst and Cabbage:
  1. Use 1 lb brawurst
  2. Use 1 half green cabbage, cleaned and chopped
  3. Provide 1-2 cups carrots, diced
  4. Use 12 oz apple cider
  5. Get 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  6. Prepare 2 bay leaves
  7. Prepare Ground black pepper for taste

  1. In the broiler, cook the bratwurst for 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then quarter each link. Set to the side.
