  2. Provide 100 gms white vatana (matar)
  3. Take 3 onions
  4. Provide 2 tomatoes
  5. You need 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 3 green chillies
  7. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. You need 1 tsp garam masala
  10. Take 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  11. Take as needed Salt

  13. Prepare For Pattice
  14. Provide 4-5 potatoes
  15. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Use 1 tsp garam masala powder
  17. Provide 1 tsp red chilli powder
  18. Prepare 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  19. Use Salt
  20. Take For coriander mint chutney
  21. Get 1 bundle Coriander leaves
  22. Use 1/2 bundle Mint leaves
  23. Use 4-5 Green chillies
  24. Use 4-5 Garlic and ginger
  25. Prepare For sweet and sour chutney
  26. Get 100 gms Khajur
  27. Take 1 small ball of tamarind/imli
  28. Use as needed Sev
  29. Prepare Coriander leaves
  30. Provide as needed Puri
Instructions to make Ragda Pattice:
  1. To make #Ragda, pressure cooker the white vatana. Heat oil add the chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onions and saute till golden brown. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook till tender.
  2. Add all the dry masalas. Add the vatana and water. Let it Boil for sometime.
  3. Now to make Pattice, boil and smash the potatoes. Add all the dry masalas, give a shape of Pattice and shallow fry on Tawa till crispy and golden brown on both sides.
  4. To make coriander mint chutney, Take all the ingredients and blend in mixie, add salt
  5. For sweet and sour chutney, soak the khajur and imli, then blend in mixie and strain it. Add little water and red chilli powder. Bring to a boil.
  6. Now to serve the Ragda Pattice, place 2-3 Pattice in plate and spread the Ragda over it and the garlic chutney, coriander mint chutney, Khajur imli chutney.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes, sev, and little smashed puri's.
  8. Ragda Pattice is ready to eat.
