- Provide 3 Large Bell Peppers
- You need 1 lb. lean ground beef
- Prepare 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- You need 1/2 Cup grated Cheese
- Prepare 1 Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese
- Provide 2 Cups Steamed Rice
- Prepare 1/3 Cup Minced Onion

- Use 1 tsp. pepper
