  1. Provide 3 Large Bell Peppers
  2. You need 1 lb. lean ground beef
  3. Prepare 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  4. You need 1/2 Cup grated Cheese
  5. Prepare 1 Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese
  6. Provide 2 Cups Steamed Rice
  7. Prepare 1/3 Cup Minced Onion
