- You need 5 potatoes
- Prepare 1 yellow onion
- Provide 1 green bell pepper
- Use 1 jalapeno
- Use 4 tbsp peanut oil
- Provide 2 tbsp cumin powder
- Provide 2 tbsp ground coriander
- You need 2 tbsp mustard powder
- Use 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tbsp course salt

- Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
- Slice onion and bell pepper in segments.
- Finely dice jalapeno and set aside.
- Mix cumin, mustard and coriander.
- Mix turmeric and salt.
- Heat frying pan with 3 tblsp peanut oil. Oil is ready when pinch of cumin mixture forms small bubbles (med heat).
