The ingredients needed to prepare Tomato ๐Ÿ…Pie:
  1. Get 7-8 fresh tomatoes ๐Ÿ… (if the tomatoes are small, then use 8)
  2. Use 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon Goya adobo
  4. Get 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  5. Prepare 2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
  6. Get 1/2 cup milk OR creamer (more or less depending on the amount of cheese you add)
  7. Prepare 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (or 2 cups if you want it really cheesy !)
  8. Prepare Sprinkle parsley flakes
Steps to make Tomato ๐Ÿ…Pie:
  1. Rinse and dry your tomatoes ๐Ÿ……..
  2. Thinly slice tomatoes and place in a large baking pan that has been sprayed with butter cooking spray, making sure to overlap each slice…….
  3. Sprinkle all over tomatoes your black pepper, adobo and basil leaves…….set baking pan to the side…..
  4. Meanwhile in a bowl mix together your Bisquick baking mix, milk OR creamer and sharp cheddar cheese…….Bisquick mixture should be moist and not dry, so you can add more or less milk / creamer if you like…..
  5. Pour Bisquick mix all over your tomatoes ๐Ÿ………Spread mixture evenly throughout your tomatoes……
  6. Sprinkle some parsley flakes all over Bisquick topping…..
  7. Place tomatoes in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until Bisquick topping is golden on top……
  8. Let cool for 20 minutes, slice, serve and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‰!!!
