  2. Prepare 6 large chicken thighs fat trimed, skin on
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic powder
  5. Provide 1 tbsp onion powder
  6. Take 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
