- Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder

- Meanwhile make sheera in a separate pan (sugar with water)
- When shakr qandi slightly change in colour add milk little by little at a time n again bhonofy
- When mixture absorbed all milk then add sheera lastly
- Again bhonofy when mixture leaves ghee n absorbed all syrup
- Transfer into greased tray
- When completely cool apply chandi warq & cut into desired shape
- Tadda ready to eat
