- Take 4-5 andouille sausage links, halved and sliced
- Take 1 onion diced
- Provide 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Use 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

- Prepare 1/2 lb shredded chicken
- Take 2 cups chicken stock
- Take 1 cup tomato sauce
- You need 1 (15 oz) can red beans
