  1. Rinse rice 3x and let soak in lukewarm water
  2. Optional: cut up beef in tiny pieces and place in pressure cooker or regular pot with ~1 cup water. Add salt and pepper and cook at medium heat.

  9. Mix tomato paste with 1 cup water (or juice from beef pot) and add into pot. Cook at low heat for ~10mins
  10. Add salt as needed
