- Take 4 large eggs
- Use 1 pound turnip roots
- Use to taste salt
- Take to taste ground black pepper
- Provide 12 ounces canned corn beef
- Provide 1 quart water
- Get 1/2 cup finely diced onions
- Use as needed nonstick spray

- Wash, peel, and dice the turnip roots
- Heavily salt the water and add the turnip roots. Boil till tender.
- Drain the turnip roots
