- You need 2 pieces or chicken breast
- Take 4 clove of garlic, minced
- Take 4 tbsp of cottage cheese
- Get 1 cup lemon pepper seasoning
- You need 1 cup spinach or turnip greens, fresh or canned
- You need 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

- Preheat your oven to 400°f
- Grab your breast and open it up. Carefully cut away to make it open big enough to fill it and close it, no problem
