- You need 1 lb ground beef
- Take 1 fresh ball of bakery dough
- Prepare 1 packages of fresh spinach
- Take 1/2 large diced onion
- Provide 1 (or more if you need more) 16 oz. package shredded cheese
- Prepare 1 egg
- Use 1 tbsp minced garlic

- with rolling pin, roll out the dough as flat as possible in a rectangular shape

- from the long edge of the rectangle start rolling onto itself. should look like a long loaf now.
