- Prepare 9 slices bread
- Provide 3 boiled potatoes
- You need 2 tsp oil
- Use 1 fresh, red chilli
- You need 1/2 inch ginger
- Take 1/2 tsp, coriander powder
- Take 1/4 turmeric powder
- Prepare Salt as required
- Use 1/4 red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- You need 1/4 tsp /less garam masala
- Take 2 tbsp, green coriander, chopped
- Prepare 1 and 1/2 tbsp, pizza sauce
- Use 2 tbsp green coriander dip
- Prepare 1 tbsp ghee/butter
Instructions to make Pinwheel Sandwich:
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Grind and make coriander dip/hot chutney. Make paste of ginger and chilli.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok. Fry ginger -chilli paste, half a minute on low flame.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry for some seconds.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala and salt and chaat masala. Cook for some seconds. Add chopped green coriander and switch off the flame. Remove the potato masala to a bowl.
- Remove the corner of bread slices. Flatten all the bread slices with the help of a roll pin.
- Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on a bread slice and then place another bread slice over it. Spread 2 tsp of potato stuffing over it.
- Place another bread slice over it and spread and spread 1 tsp green coriander dip.
- Roll, fold and seal the pinwheel on a foil sheet. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove the sheet and cut each roll into 3 pinwheels.
