- You need 1 kg potatoes
- You need 3 sausages
- Provide 1 bunch or less dania
- Take 1 leaf spinach
- Get Half capsicum
- Take Salt
- Prepare 3 tbspn olive oil

- You need 1 piece Green onion(leafy)
Instructions to make Potato pancake:
- Peel potatoes, wash and bring to boil with salt. When ready drain all the water and mash.
- Cut the onion, spinach, dania and capsicum and shallow fry for 2min with the spices, add in sausage(remove the outer cover and mash then add in)
- Remove from heat and mix well with the mashed potatoes.
- Take a small amount of the mash and mold in your palm then shallow fry on the pan on both sides until they appear golden brown.
