  1. Provide 2 medium sized potatoes
  2. Provide 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  3. Provide 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  4. Provide 1 chopped green chilli

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them using a grater. Squeeze out all the water and transfer to a bowl. To this add salt, pepper, garlic flakes, cornflour, chilli flakes, cheese, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
  2. Heat some oil/ ghee/ butter in a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, divide into two parts. Place one part between two plastic sheets and flatten with your hand.
