  7. Prepare 1 cup Water + more if needed

  1. In a bowl mix suji, salt, red chilli powder with water to make a batter. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. Mashed potatoes in a bowl. Keep aside. Chop onions and keep aside. Now add onions and mustard seeds in suji mixture. Mix well. Add carrots, mashed potatoes and mix well.
