- You need 2 medium size Potatoes *about 300g, peeled and cut into small pieces
- Provide 1 Egg

- Place Potato pieces and Egg in a blender. Blend until fairly smooth.
- Place Spring Onion in a large bowl, add the potato mixture, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt & Pepper, and mix to combine. This should be quite thin batter. Thin but not runny when cooked.
- Add Smoked Salmon and Edamame, and combine.
