  1. You need 1 lb Diced Steak
  2. You need 250 grams Leeks
  3. You need 250 grams Diced Carrot
  4. Provide 250 grams Diced Swede

  7. Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours.
  8. Taste and add more seasonings should you wish.
  9. Slice up your French Stick
