  1. Take 750 grams Stewing Beef
  2. Get 400 ml Guinness
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 medium Brown Onions
  4. You need 500 grams Carrot
  5. Take 500 grams Swede
  6. Prepare 1 clove Garlic
  7. Use 2 Leaves of Bay
  8. Use 1 Beef Stock Cube
  9. Take 1 1/2 tbsp Flour

  1. Dice stewing beef to approx 1 inch cubes, then coat with flour. Fry the beef for a short while to sear, then set aside.

  8. Once the hour has elapsed, give it a good stir and reduce heat to MEDIUM. Cook for a further 6-8 hours.
