- Combine oreo crumbs and melted butter,press in a 9'inche pie crust and up sides.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly crisp, cool

- In a saucepan combine the 1/2 cup heavy cream with marshmallows, cook over medium heat stirring all the time until melted. Transfer to a bowl, add cream de menthe and cream de cocoa and cool to room temperature.
- In a large chilled bowl beat the 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream to soft peaks, beat in cooled marshmallow mixture until thick and blended, mound into pie crust and chill for 8 hours or overnight to set.
- GARNISH with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
