  1. Get 250 grams Digestive biscuits
  2. Provide 100 grams unsalted butter
  3. You need 50 grams unsalted butter
  4. Prepare 50 grams Brown sugar
  5. Use 400 grams Condensed milk
  6. Take 2 large Bananans
  7. Use 250 ml doubled cream whipped
  8. Prepare 1 small chocolate for grating
Instructions to make Banoffee pie:
  1. Turn hob on medium heat. once butter has been melted leave hob on for the caramel mix
  2. Place 100g of unsalted butter in to a pan to melt.
  3. Crush 250g of disgestive biscuits into a bowl.
  4. Once the butter has melted,pour over crushed biscuits and stir.
  5. Press the buttery biscuits into a baking tin and press down evenly.

  13. Place bananan onto the caramel mixture and place back into the fridge.
  14. Wisk 250mls of double cream into a mixing bowl till stiff.
  15. Take base out of fridge and place cream over evenly.
  16. Decorate top of the banoffee with shavings of chocolate.
